Join us for our next Open Spaces gathering featuring Alex Bradley, Onnit movement coach and founder of A2B Fitness. This month, we explore the theme of identity and mental health through a powerful conversation on what it means to lose yourself, question everything, and begin again.

Trigger Warning: This conversation will include sensitive topics related to religion, mental health, and suicide.

What to Expect:

  • A warm, welcoming space to connect with others through meaningful conversation, free of any cheesy icebreakers

  • A heartfelt fireside chat and open Q+A with Alex on identity, loss, and what it means to take the next step

  • Light bites, a nourishing dinner, and something sweet to close the night

  • An evening that will leave you feeling grounded, connected, and seen

About Alex Bradley:

Alex Bradley has spent the last decade helping people move better, live stronger, and reconnect to what matters. But his own path has been far from linear. After a profound unraveling of identity, belief systems, and relationships, Alex found healing in movement, breath, and community. His work bridges the emotional and physical, guiding people to rebuild from the inside out.

Now based in Austin, Alex is preparing for a journey on foot from Texas to Oregon in memory of his best friend who took his own life in 2020. He hopes to encourage others, especially men, to reach out when they are struggling, and to remind people everywhere of the life-changing - even life-saving - impact of taking one small step.

About Open Spaces:

The world has a connection problem. We’re here to change that.

Open Spaces brings people together to connect around our challenges, struggles, and life ruptures—the things that make us human. Join our movement and discover the power of shared experiences in fostering growth, resilience, and connection.

Therapy Disclaimer:

Open Spaces is a community-driven event designed to foster connection and healing through shared stories and open dialogue, and is not psychotherapeutic in nature.
